Yeah....i'm getting alittle tired now of that nonsense. It's clear that he's a fake and not from Rockstar, so let's not pay any attention to that. Same as that idiot who kept dissing Andy @ GI and Rockstar, those folks need to get a life. Im not expecting anything special this weekend and i dont think any of us should. I'll just go watch some nice tv shows and later on in the evening, maybe night i''ll refresh this page see if somethign turned up, but i doubt it. Next week should be the time new stuff gets released...let's hope for a real update this time.

Obviously nothing during the weekend as I see it, all that's happened was an Epsilon re-tweet by a Rockstar dev this morning. We shall wait.

Considering that Rockstar is using a GTA III era game website to advertise GTA V, are the III era and V era connected?

When Rockstar said, "the 'universes' are the worlds interpreted at different definitions" it implies a hierarchy. All GTA universes are connected vertically to the same world, but the universes are not connected sideways to each other. The top world cannot be experienced directly, but we see and hear and read things from it and these things may be the same in all universes. Each universe is an attempt to interpret and bring to life the world in a video game. Interpretations that are too different cannot coexist in the same universe, but they can all share things from the ultimate world they are connected to. Why do I feel like I need to smoke something?

That sounded kinda smart but made no sense. They don't put that kinda thought into it. They're all connected cause they were made by the same team and that's it. Whatever works for the game and returning characters are just cameo appearances.

I admit it's kind of bullsh*t and so does Rockstar (quote, "This is the logic (as far as it could be considered logical) behind it"). I think they did try to come up with a consistent rationalization for why certain things they've created can come back but other categories of things cannot. But it's complicated and arbitrary and doesn't necessarily make sense to anyone so it's hard to explain and even harder to say "this explanation is what Rockstar really thinks and predicts what they'll do in the future".

United Paper is IMO, 100% fake. He just tweets too much and he follows people back. I doubt R* would do that.

 

So far, let's just stick to Epsilon. I hope more of these created by R* pop up soon.
