I wonder if Rockstar is annoyed that we found out that the Epsilon Program is related to GTA 5 or if they are happy that we finally made the connection

I'm pretty damn sure they would want us to find out,so that we spread it around as soon as possible. I see no reason why they would be annoyed really.
