It's not trailer 6. These three trailers are character trailers, so technically it's not a proper trailer. If you mean generally, then yes. Otherwise no, in order, the next one would be trailer 3.

Theory:

 

For some reason I feel Rockstar may announce the Special Edition of GTA V tomorrow.

 

And here's my reasoning:

 

-Max Payne 3 Special Edition was announced about 4 months before it's tentative March 2012 release.

Obviously it got delayed but still. Now here we are roughly 4 and a half months out from GTA V. About the same time

frame as the Max Payne 3 SE announcement.

-Yesterday morning Epsilon twitter wrote "Prepare for unique membership opportunity! #saveable!"

To me it sounds like:

 

unique= Special Edition

membership= GTA V game

opportunity= pre-ordering it

Something is happening tomorrow. But what? We know the trailers are on Tuesday April 30th and the previews

are Thursday May 2nd. So what could possibly be announced tomorrow? Special Edition GTA V? Tomorrow is

also the 5th anniversary of GTA IV. If not tomorrow then sometime within the next few weeks. We will see....

 

 

TL;DR: I think it's possible we may get a Special Edition Announcement tomorrow
