Okay, sorry guys, I know how annoying posts like this can be!

 

I was completely up to speed on Epilson a few days ago but now I'm incredibly confused. Who/what is the Epilson Insider everybody is talking about and why is he important?

It's 157 years old and doesn't change. I think Cris Formage mentions it on the interview in San Andreas.

Or maybe he used that dialogue from a tv show so that we dont take his comment (regarding his sick mother) seriously and only focus on "Seamen's village" part of it.

Well, his referneces to the screen saver were correct. "Seamen's Village" sounds like something R* would use. His post was about his sick mother, and there is a "Mother's Beach" and a "Christian Science Practitioner" in Marina del Rey (Fisherman's Village). Given this information, I think entertaining his posts are worthwhile. If he posts his "Instamatic" picture, and it turns out to be a screen grab from the game, I think this will solidify it.

You people do realise that Instamatic exists in real life - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instamatic

The term "Instagram" is actually a spin-off of Instamatic cameras, it's not the other way around... Instamatic is not a fictional name that R* invented.

 

In other news, I wonder if the "Directions next week" has anything to do with the 3 new trailers? I'd doubt it, as the Epsilon Program is acting a seperate viral marketing source, so I'm wondering if we'll get the "Directions" before or after April 30?

I understand your thinking. Remaining skeptical on these forums is generally a good idea. So far though, I think this guy has nailed a few things. Either way, his legitimacy will be proven in short time I imagine.

I'd say it's the marketing. The paradigm ends at the marketing starts. Invest so we can learn together probably just means preorder so we can all own the game and play together.

 

Basically... marketing is starting. Pay attention, learn about the game and then preorder.
