I looked and you're partially right. It's actually 5/30/2011 but since the page hadn't changed I put it with 5/20 in my records to maintain consistency. As far as I know the fax number was changed before 5/20-30/2011. Actually seeing it changed is what partially caused me to start taking backups of Rockstar websites. I plan on uploading what I have soon.

So I got bored, decompiled the swf file.

 

Here is HD copy of the dude, looks rendered to me.

 

The videos/"backgrounds" are all fetched from Rockstar Servers, using XML, and the quotes via JSON, on the following links the file depends on:

They seem to be on a roll again, lol. Back to the Epsilon stuff it is then, with such little things and they still keep the fans busy, only with GTA, that's for sure. For any other game i wouldn't give a crap about some tweets.
