I just want to point out that the second tweet you quoted had #Edinburgh. I think this might be related to the Edinburgh Fringe which is from the 3rd to the 27th August. It COULD be GTA V related but it might not be.

 

The others I think are definitely related! I think he was hinting about the inclusion of bikes in GTA V with "why walk when you can ride". His tweets today are rather interesting. His tweet "It's Monday. Let's do this! #letsdothis" gave me the impression that he has a busy week ahead of him and "I'm prepared! lol" speaks for itself! Only a matter of hours later we are given new GTA V screens with a promise of more later in the week.

 

He certainly does give out hints but they should be taken with a pinch of salt

Usually games are being released on Tuesdays in North America and then three days later on Fridays in Europe and the rest of world.

 

But either way I highly doubt that it would be released on 21st December.. too close to Christmas as mentioned several times.
