ccrogers15
Ok so, when i made this topic in july, those were my 2 worst, well, let it be known that this, is the worst computer of all time: Emachines T3516. Comes preloaded with Windows XP Professional, 1GB Ram, 120GB hard drive, 200MB Video Card, Intel Celeron D. Terrible PC. Lucky for me, i paid $20 for it at a yard sale. Stupidly, Emachines the company, when they made this computer, they used the weird star screws that the original xbox used, meaning you need a special screw driver to service it. I dont have one and dont know where to get one, so i cant service it myself right now.

sivispacem
Also, torx screws are awesome. Far more resistant to head wear than any other kind. I don't think you can blame EMachines, despite their many other faults, for a lack of preparedness on the part of the user. Sneakerhead.
A dell inspiron B130 Sh*t f*cking sucked, I remeber putting SA on it (I was younger, give me a f*cking break and I swear, the FPS had to be no higher than 5. Infact I have the laptop on my lap as I typed this, it's heavy, bulky and it's missing 1/5 of the keys. (My family took some of the keys off so they could use them on their own Laptops lol )
marmoo
This Ladies and Gentlemen I give you the Packard Bell Imedia 2.92ghz Celeron D, 512mb Ram, fully..yes fully intergrated graphics chip and hard drive space of a whopping 320gb This baby was none of your Sata rubbish, oh no...IDE cabling Hunk of sh*t to put it bluntly I actually cheered when the MB and Hard drive died at the same time - gave me an excuse to buy all the parts and build my own. To give this machine it's credit, it actually loaded GTA IV...just wouldn't move in game Christ just looking at the machine fills me with anger Edited December 15, 2012 by marmoo
ccrogers15
Anything from packard bell was garbage. ^^ I had some packard bell desktops before, and they were so horrible, almost unusable. Might be why there computers are often avoided. Lol. My dad had a packard bell from the 90`s. Was a horrible piece of crap. But not as bad as that emachines i posted earlier. Kalvin
I don't have any pics, as I can't remember what it looked like. But I know how bad it was. It couldn't run SA, VC, nor III, it couldn't even run Space Invaders, without it lagging! It was the WORST computer in history. Radoonhagaydoon
I've had my current model for like what 7 years now? but it's been upgraded and it's a decent internet using computer but the DVD-ROM is shot and can't play any games anymore like it used too. darthYENIK
I don't even know the specs of it. We got it in like 1991. It couldn't run anything, even if we could get it past the boot screen. Scratch that, I think it could run Microsoft Word, but it wouldn't print anything, and it had a 3" floppy drive, so it wasn't really useful. But this was 1991. Computers were still not yet an essential part of life in the lower middle class.
Spider-Vice
Probably one of the computers I had in the early 00's/late 90's. It was still a 486 with Windows 3.1 (Later upgraded to Windows 98), it was slow as hell, and it had dial-up. aragond
What is the worst computer you have ever owned. Im basing it on how much it crashed and how slow it was. So mines a tie: The sony Vaio VPCEE21FX. I had this laptop last year and it was an utter piece of s*it. It was slow and crashes alot and was FULL of bloatware. Sony sucks at making computers. Mine was pretty close to yours, OP. I bought one of the very very original Vaio back in 2002. Though, in truth, the computer wasn't so bad, it was the bullsh*t o/s installed on it: Windows ME. Computer crashed more often than I care to recall. So, then, I guess the worst computer was one of the very earliest (noticing a pattern here?) NEC laptops back in 94 or 95. Piece o' junk. Robust as a wet noodle, and weighing in at about 8kg with a power pack the size of a brick. Actually I say it was NEC but I cannot find it on old-computers.com. ExtremoMania
Some of the worst PCs were in between 1990s till early 2000s (except mid ones). I have one of those but I don't know the specs before. Those models were eMachines and I even don't know those specs. But today they are now trash for good, no longer using it. Los Santos Pedestrian
and hard drive space of a whopping 320gb That's funny; my computer came with 125 GB free, with 25 being used for Windows. It now has 27 GB available. Speaking of which, it also came with a AMD dual-core @ 2.1 GHz, a >512 MB integrated GPU, and 1, that's right, just one, GB of RAM. I could partially play GTA: San Andreas at minimum settings with only massive lag spikes in between. I now have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 240 and 3 GB or RAM, but those are the only parts I upgraded, since I apparently can't get a compatible processor, since the people here insist on knowing every square millimeter of my computer's motherboard even after I explained to them that AM2 sockets are compatible with AM3 and AM3+ sockets. The computer I had before that was a Dell of some sorts that we got in 2002. I didn't and still don't know the specs or even the computer model, but it was so sh*tty it melted while playing Habbo Hotel, which I accidentally did in about May 2007. 111
In early 2002, I bought a sh*tty HP Pavilion (can't remember the sh*tty model number) that used Intel's ultra sh*tty 180 nm Willamette-based P4. It had the sh*tty Home Edition of Windows XP preloaded with all kinds of sh*tty bloatware and unwanted trials. The GPU was a sh*tty Radeon 7000. To make matters even worse, the sh*tty PSU was some sort of sh*t-ass, underpowered piece of sh*t custom designed by HP and therefore totally non-upgradeable. It was slow as sh*t out of the box and got exponentially slower over time. A year later I built a new machine and haven't given a prebuilt system a look since. That sounds...sh*tty. nightwalker83
I can't remember any of computers I have being bad! Although, I have used some bad computers for school, etc. One would have to be a Compaq laptop. Probably just had a flat battery but after about five minutes the damn thing still wouldn't turn on (this was back in high school).
Guest
I remember visiting my dad's once (parents broke up), I wanted to play Club Penguin on it (i was like, 8, give me a break ) I went on it, it took like 10 minutes to load up. I went to do a ski thing and it was like a slideshow, literally. About 1 frame every 3 seconds, and even then, half of the stuff wasn't even loaded. It was truly a piece of sh*te. I don't even know how he actually used that. From what I remember he just had it in the background 24/7 doing some defragmentation stuff.
