Xbox 4 lyfe

You're what's wrong with the world.

OT: The computer I'm on right now isn't the one that can run it and I can't remember it's specs, so I'll check back later when I know for certain. I know it has a two TB hard drive at the moment, though.

maybe upgrade my cpu and graphics to eliminate any doubt, but they should be adequate, they are fine as of now running fallout on very high flawlessly.

PS - set detail distance to 100 for gta 4, shud remove a good portion of the problems wink.gif

AMD 6870 GPU

A crappy 500GB hard drive

Can run max payne 3 almost at max with no problems

Nice setup! but why go with basic Sata hdd? Looking at your rig, you had a big budget, why not go solid state to remove the potential Hdd bottleneck?

Otherwise, Nice! icon14.gif I was thinking of getting 2 GTX 690's aswell, but thought I'd see how the performance of one would go first, can always add it later.

I was also going to go with the 3960X, but I thought It'd be foolish of me to waste money on a minor boost from a 3930K.

What motherboard did you use??

Yes i have the same wierd problem.

When i lower the graphics i see loss in fps =S

ON TOPIC:

My goal is to make IV run perfectly in Eyefinity resolution maxed out. Max payne did a exellent job with 1 7970 and even with my old 6950. But i have no idea what gta v will be like.

Ispintechno

My laptop runs gtaforums.com like a pro, and it has all the GTA games on it. In fact I'm in the GTAV area right now and no lag.

It even handles the graphic intensive screenshot fun page equally well.

I'm just going to assume it will work and everything will go to plan.
