Why not, we're not expecting it now because of what they said about more screenshots, and a trailer when they're ready... what a bang it would be to release a new trailer plus october release date next week? Pretty much confirmed by me.. Now I think of it, no trailer until August, early August to be precise.. wait.. I changed my mind.. we're definitely getting new info or screenshots or a trailer, or the game itself, this year... yes, now I can't be wrong! DS 17 Posted July 12, 2012 Share Posted July 12, 2012 Meh, I'm a little torn on this one. + Finally something new + GTA V still being worked on - as expected + Very large city - as expected + Planes return - as expected and seen in trailer + Water has reflections, ground looks better - Graphics do not at all resemble those from the trailer and look pretty much like IV; let's just hope those screens came from a console... just look at those trees, they look like they were taken from an N64 racing game - buildings apparently still not enterable, looks like the same window textures from IV to me - 2012 is off, release in 2013 seems inevitable - seems like another few months before anything else new - Moronic pre-teen fanboys coming out of the woodwork talking about soiling their pants/their cocks becoming hard because of video game screenshots FYI, I will not be reading your "omgz urr stupid men grafx dontmatteer!!! iz kewl if teh game look laik is 10 years old when my best friends R* releezez!!!" posts because of the rampant fanboyism in this thread so please, spam your heart out. i beleive these pictures might be before the trailer weeks perhaps alot is different helicopter blade effect helicopter itself etc it is just a guess ofcourse they may have changed it but the helicopter blade effect in the trailer including the engine smog whatever looks alot more detailed then in the pictures i would say look at max payne 3 expect that That would explain a lot. Especially the streets are looking very empty to me. So there are only 3-4 cars in the screen and even if this is a sunrise and very early in the morning in real LA the streets are full of cars. So we should ask ourselves why they are giving us some very old screens which could probably be planned to release before the trailer. They definitely didn't release 2 screens because their "art team" said that one screen only is not acceptable. I m sure this team isn't allowed to say anything releated to these points. So if the screens are really that old, why didn't they take some new screens? When people say it's CJ or some dark guy, and that's said a lot in here, this ain't the right place to ask who's in the chopper xD Seriously though, it's a white guy and that's all one can say... It's definitely a white guy. Although it's a police chopper that ain't no cop in there or there would be a co-pilot (which I don't see). That's most likely the protagonist. There is no proof of these even being post trailer. It's just somewhat safe to assume so at best. I don't even see many cars on the street below the helicopter which would lead me to believe that this may not even be a recent shot.
