The graphics look like IV, but I don't really care that much about the graphics for this game. IV's graphics are good enough for me. That's not to say that they won't be better upon release, I'm sure they will. And it also looks like we have endless water at least on one side of the map, which is what most of us were expecting anyway. However, none of the screenshots throw off an incredibly large city to me. I think it is a really big city, but there's room for more. This still makes me think there's more than one city. Am I the only one that's a bit disappointed about how close that means the Port of Long Beach is to Downtown Los Santos? I know this is a compacted version of Los Angeles, but still I was hoping it'd be a bit bigger than that so there'd be more to the area of L.A. between Downtown and Long Beach (i.e. Inglewood, Compton etc.). They talk about how IV was too small(In relation to size of map not content) and then say that they will be in there "biggest open world game yet" Am I the only one thinking that means biggest map? I got the exact same impression from their "Fear not, they are returning in what is our biggest open world game to date." line. To me, that directly translates to them specifically speaking about the map size (whereas the previous comment was "largest and most ambitious game"). Very similar comments, but the fact that they're alluding to IV's map size, then countering that with "biggest open world game" leads me to believe that they're addressing V's map size. I agree. They're addressing specifically the area available for planes. There's no wiggle room this time. They have to mean the map is literally their biggest map ever. They have time to pick the right angle, right height, what to show, what not to show. Etc etc etc. It doesn't really say much. The only thing we can learn from these screens is the content. It can only make people even more information thirsty. They didn't release them to calm us down, it's the very beginning of marketing campaign. We do it because we want to make sure we only release 100% correct information, and because we want to keep plenty back for the actual game release so there are still lots of surprises when you play it. The only things we care about are that you enjoy the experience of actually playing the game and that we release accurate information. So why would they change it..
