fireguy109
I assume there's other ways to do this, but this is the only one I know: 1. Export the chassis_vlo (low quality model) as a DirectX file mesh (*.x) 2. Open it in notepad and delete everything above Frame Main and everything below MeshNormals 3. Run it through Steve M's Collmaker You should now have a working COL you can use. If you want, you can tweak it in CollEditor 2 by adding spheres and such. _CP_
Import vehicle DFF by Collision IO. You can find it with Kam's GTA Scripts.
mirak
yes, in tha Kam's Script you have to choose COL, then you just need a general shape of the car, therefore you can use the chassis_vlo, once you have it you can export it, the file needs somethings as boundin sphere and some other materials or something like that. What i do is to open a .col for an existing car (in the COL tool you select open col and select a dff file.) and then i reshape it, once i'm done i export it as a .col file. Now you can export the .dff by selecting your new .col file. hope it works for you.
