Who do you think is gonna win the title this year? As you can tell, I'm a Spurs fan. I think we have a really good shot this year. We got Lamarcus Aldrige and David West in free agency, along w/ some other key pieces. That's my pick for the west. In the East, it'll most likely be the Cavs. It'll be a 07 finals rematch, but closer & more competitive. What do you guys think?

I like the effort and energy I'm seeing from the Knicks, but their backcourt couldn't guard me.

 

We lost another basketball legend - former Pacer great Mel Daniels passed away at age 71. A terrific rebounder, he helped Indiana win three ABA titles during the 70s. He led the ABA in rebounding three times and is the all-time leader in total rebounds. He briefly played in the NBA for the Nets during the 1976-77 season, and he was an assistant coach on Larry Bird's Indiana State team .
