Welp, I don't see Pacers winning it now. Going up 3-1 would've been huge

 

Thunder will win game 5, Pacers will win game 6 and Thunder will slap them in game 7. Similar to the Nuggets/Thunder series.

Game lasted less than two quarters, Siakam was the driving force. Haliburton did well, despite the injury.
Once again the Pacers' energy from the bench was decisive. Thunder with many turnovers (21) and a deficit of 3 points. I didn't like Holmgren very much this time, SGA didn't shine either.

Congrats to OKC, despite the narratives and the "what ifs" that are gonna come out of the series, they've been the best team all season period, well deserved.

Really feel sorry for Hali, pretty much the same thing that happened with KD in 2019.

 

Dame, Tatum and now Haliburton- three Achilles tears in two months in the playoffs is crazy. The East will be interesting next season.

We have a bunch of so-called "experts" here in NYC saying the East will be wide open for the Knicks. We don't even have a coach yet.

 

Don't know about the Durant trade to Houston. What does he have, a one to two year window left, plus will he last the whole season injury-free?

 

I guess Boston's mailing it in next season with no Tatum and a new owner who wants to cut payroll. At least they have their championship.

Yeah no sh*t. We lost Loongod. This marks the true end of the Warriors dynasty. 

 

Also, I feel bad for Julie Vanloo of the Golden State Valkyries. She left the team temporarily to play for the Belgian National team in Women's Eurobasket. They proceed to win gold medal there. The Belgians had a celebration planned for yesterday, but Julie Vanloo had to miss it to catch a flight back to San Francisco. She posts a pic from the plane above San Francisco, excited to be back in the Bay, then she lands and finds out the Valkyries waived her lmao. Completely horrid timing.

 

 

Missed the gold medal celebration just to land in another country and find out you got waived. Feels bad.
