Knicks have nothing to be ashamed of. Despite all the injuries, they didn't make excuses and gave us all they had.

 

I'd like for them to beef up the bench and add another star wing player, someone who can buckets anytime, anywhere on the court.

Agreed. They left everything out there and went down swinging. The Nuggets, on the other hand, oof. On top of that debacle the Avalanche got eliminated a couple of days earlier. Sad times in Denver all around.

Blew a 1-0 goal lead going into the 3rd period to force game 7

 

Nichushkin also has some substance abus problems. 3rd time in the last year. He missed the last 5 games of the first round last playoffs (lost game 7 at home), then spent 22 games in the player assistance program from January to mid-march and missed the final 2 of this series (lost game 6 at home). Rewarded with a 6 month suspension without pay

Yep. 69pts from Murray and Jokic, 21pts from everyone else - including 5 from the bench which was just Braun.

 

MPJ was a non-factor this series, Murray struggled to be consistent. That 3rd quarter f*cked it all up, 6pts in the first 10.5 minutes but we really should've won that game, smh

If I can package Randle, Robinson & draft picks for Mikail Bridges, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Bridges is a perfect fit for this Knicks team. But I doubt Brooklyn's letting him go.

Dallas or Wolves will be gassed by the time they get to the finals. The East is a joke. I really think soon they should move the Grizzlies or Timberwolves to the east to balance things a bit. I feel like the 7-10 seeds in the west could easily be the 3-6th seeds in the east. That's how much more competitive it has become.

It already looks like Ant is gassed as he went MIA the last 5 games.

 

 

You only need to move the Grizzlies if they add an expansion team in Vegas and bring back the Supersonics

Northwestern division - Jazz, Nuggets, Thunder, Wolves

Ant has been shooting poorly the last 4-5 games. KAT is shooting bricked 3s

 

I still think we should've won game 7 but nobody showed up other than Jokic and Murray. Mavs match up better against them than the Nuggets but the Nugget match up better against the Mavs, so it's like Rock Paper Scissors. We would've made this a series, instead we're gonna get two sweeps and then the Mavs are gonna destroy the Celtics

Well they still got rid of the nuggets lol. But yeah the west is very weird because all the teams that made it to the play offs can match up differently and beat anybody. It's very unpredictable.  Wolves should have taken advantage of their home games against nuggets so they wouldn't have to play 7 games.

True. I think Denver would have been much tougher for Dallas, but Minnesota was the worst match-up for them.

 

Shaq, Charles & Draymond were pretty rough on KAT (and the coach too), but the eyes don't lie. Get your butt in the paint and go to work.

R.I.P. Bill Walton...one of the top 5 greatest college players ever. If not for injuries, he be in my top 15 NBA Immortals list. Dude played the center position as well as anyone I've seen. He did it all...defense, rebounding. blocked shots, scoring and an incredible passer. Had that incredible playoff run in 1977, leading Portland to their only NBA title. What's scary is the Blazers were better the year after they won it all, but injuries ruined their chance to repeat.

Of course, I loved listening to Bill doing broadcasts with Steve "Snapper" Jones, saying all kinds of off-the-wall s***, lol.

Cavs : even no Allen....but I think it will be really tough for the Celrics against the Luka-Kyrie backcourt...Furthermore, IMHO the contribution of the supporting cast should not be underestimated...
