GTA SA - Facial Animations Mod/Fix

This is a topic for my first animation mod for GTA San Andreas that improves all facial animations in GTA San Andreas. 1.0 Fix has new speech animation with opening mouth and almost synced moves with audio, new chewing animation, also edited surprising, angry and curios emotions. If you have any suggestions about animations (but not too hard, because I'm new at animating) or just report about any issues, write here.

Also this mod should be friendly with multiplayers.

Most of scripts is ready, need to make ability for player to show gang sings and fix some bugs. Thanks for reminding smile.gif maybe I release this scripts in nearest time.

Talking animation updated. Now jaw rotates while talking, not moving.

Is there a way you can cut off the arm swinging animation via script? Because it's kind of weird that CJ is still swinging his arms like he's still talking, when he's not.

It's not included in this mod.

Looks really nice, can't wait to test it in MP.

You should upload this mod on mediafire or something, GTAG moderators ain't aproving any files for about 4 month.

Yeah.

 

 

Does this work even with modded peds?

Yeah, it shoulda work. But it depends on how ped model made. Even some original SA peds don't support mimic animations or support, but it works with bugs. Mainly, model should support jaw and eyebrow moves.

Useful mod. But i'm already using a custom ped.ifp (the one which repairs the animations of parachutes). Do you know an ifp. editor/program, to allow me to proper add your fix in the ifp.file??? I would like to have both working. THANKS>>>

So wait, surely it needs script to constantly change the anims to actually work? Or is this something R* originally intended but messed up (again)?

i Wanna share an opinion here if thats ok ^^

if i created new Dummy on a Ped ? i mean new Rigged part . new hands part new eyes part (Rigged) they can move with animation . is is going to Crash or somthing If no i can creat a new rigged player with this abilitys it only need animation smile.gif

lol I have actually tested it in Multiplayer , it works perfectly , well except for the ammunation dude because his moving jaw looks scary ph34r.gif anyways I love this mod Shifty41s_beerhatsmilie2.gif

All scary moves already fixed in 2.0 WIP version. It was because I used Jaw Movement instead of Jaw Rotation first time. I just started to learn all stuff in 3DS Max. In total, I worked there less than a week. Now all jaw moves is removed and replaced to rotations so talk anims is now compatible and works good with any model.

 

BTW, version 2.0 is under development. Here some new features shown in this video (but, sorry, not if perfect quality):
