I would rather keep an eye on GTAforums than Newswire. I am so sick of seeing MP3 turn.gif

True story.

 

Sick and tired of seeing MP3 and their constant BS of selling us shirts, showing us artwork and etc. Move on to what everyone wants.

 

God I hope this Thursday is the answer to everything we've been waiting for.

Well we can only hope that Thurs will be magical but I still don't like how he couldn't just say no if it wasn't but if there will be something then that would be fantastic im done with the newswire and rockstars twitter pages its just a Payne having to see anything associated with Max Payntoe stuff all the time suicidal.gif

Well it's evidence that it is. They can't just say 'yes' if it is, so you're left in the middle.

 

Which is why someone already pointed out that it's a) GTA V, or b) they're starting to utilise the traffic from GTA V to their advantage

 

And I'll be honest, I didn't even know what GI was before this thread lol.

honestly, no, I liked rdr multi but iv multi really sucks.

Well this is all true but I was really expecting rockstar to come out and break the silence and I know GI has broke the silence in the past but it just seems weir for rockstar not to come out and say something themselves when this is their most largest game but who knows we'll see Thurs either way this will get locked anyway

I think if it is the cover, we'll see something from R* as well on the same day. It would make sense.

 

Didn't someone say that R* does all their announcements for GTA on a Thursday? I recall reading that somewhere here.

I don't think the trailer announcement was on a Thursday IIRC

It was on a Tuesday, then the trailer came on Wednesday, which is unusual. All their GTA IV trailers were on a Thursday, same with Max Payne 3, L.A noire and Red Dead I'm pretty sure.

You can say that publicly but deep down but you'll always be seriously hoping it's GTA V. There's no such thing as no/little disappointment if you visit the site everyday. You're going to face maximum disappointment possible along with everyone else smile.gif Thank you for giving GI traffic!!

To put it in more accurate terms....I know there is a large chance I will be disappointed this Thursday....but it's a fact that I accept. So I won't be posting 10, 000 suicide gif's this Thursday if it turns out not to be V because I've prepared myself for that possibility.

 

And I am sure Andy and Andrew themselves are getting pissed off at the amount of questions they get about V.

You never said anything directly about GTA V in the question. Merely hinted towards it by asking Andy if they are waiting to get the okay from R* to go-ahead with the cover. This was before we had the Thursday date for the next cover reveal, wasn't it? Since the question was WHEN will we get the next cover reveal.

 

So Andy replied that they are still working on deciding when to reveal the cover, and don't get your hopes up that it has anything to do with GTA V due to the stealth way of asking if it's V by going "or are you still waiting on R*?" i.e to get the okay to go ahead from them.
