Clue #1: Not the first time this was seen. - It was seen in Vice City, here. Clue #2: Yellow - The area is Vagos' hood, which is colored yellow on the map. Clue #3: Not far from cannons. - Close to Colonel Fuhrberger's house Clue #4: Not an area, but a specific building - It is a building. Clue #5: Vice City - Same as clue #1 Clue #6: Near the ocean - It is near the ocean. Clue #7: Southeast - It is in the southeast of the map.
