I did download the sfx files and some of the radio stations (may be missing The Beat 102.7) Though I like GTA III radio because it feels more like GTA III. However he said not to upload with out his permission. If I get his permission and I get time I may port this to Rage. I'll ask the III RC team if I can use their port of III HD which is outdated as a base. They decided to drop it. But on Rage I'll make sure to have the original GTA III radio stations plus the new/IV radio from III HD. PS: Blaster, don't be mad lol but this is definitely a mod that needs to see its light of day on the Rage Engine too. But now I'm going to port the realistic clouds from this to mobile, as it really needs it due to timecyc cloud settings being ignored. Also, Toth sent me the link to the files but microsofts site wants me to log in using my msn name and i can't remember my pass so i haven't got the files yet. I don't know why people are saying that the files have been deleted. i just re-checked the link he sent me and all folders+files seem there. You need to download the IMG files separately. For some reason you can't download them together. I think the issue is with sky drive and not the file. There's still some bugs to be fixed, some people have reported that Portland doesn't work at all, and honestly it's not completely (though mostly) stable. It will more better. P.S.
