They are just 4 polygones with a texture with alpha. @Flame, Can you help me more with the mipmaps, please? On which textures do you recommend me to add mipmaps? And what number of mipmaps do you recommend me? Filesize doesn't concern me. We live in 2013 in a few weeks and there is more HDD space available out there. It is too early to say about HRT 1.4 distributive size, but, for example, only textures from previous section (LAwn) are weighed 350 Mb. Can you help me more with the mipmaps, please?On which textures do you recommend me to add mipmaps? And what number of mipmaps do you recommend me? I use 7 mipmaps - the optimum amount, but you must point 8 levels in G-TXD (main texture is considered as the zero). In general, I think that mipmaps not required only for small textures (less then 256x256 pixels), textures more than 512x512 pixels need them most. I hope my help was useful. What do you mean with "if"? I think that more correct word - "when", because I exactly will finish this project. About mipmaps. Yes, I use mipmaps maybe for almost all textures (and especially for HD textures). At one time I thought is it necessary or not... Metering of FPS did not show much difference, but... I think that if I do not used mipmaps, I had to constantly deal with crashes. So, this is good think. In addition, this optimization eliminates the blinking of HD textures. Maybe not all textures in this file will be in 2048x2048 pixels, but them will be look good. Just a quesiton, are you going to release further mini-mods for this? Yes, I plan to release some mini-mods, but do not think that is worth to release separate releases of the cities or sections. Old versions of HRT (HRT Pack) are released in this style: at first - version with only one city, then - version with new city (and previous city is included) etc. Some users were muddled. What about vegetation like palms, trees, bushes, grass, flowers, etc...? Any plans for that? Flowers - sometimes improves, when there are in the file with the building. Completely change not think; everything are looks tolerable. Shrubs - full replacing. So far I replace bushes, found in the files of the buildings. At the previous screens you can see some of them, also agave and mini-palms. Grass. Grass textures are fully new, but about 3D (sprite) grass (almost invisible in original SA) I have not decided. Trees will be completely replaced. Not the models, but only the textures. This provides stability, in contrast to the incorporation of third-party trees mods. If SA-MP correctly works when you use the original gta_int.img, try add new files gradually and run game after each file.
