It is a competition held right here in the Visual Arts section of GTAForums. Artists will go against each other by creating a signature that goes along with an aforementioned theme. THEN, after the competition is over, a poll will be held to see who had the best one. Speaking of the best one, how about the winners from last weeks competition? WINNERS 1. UNRATED69 322.
