Lately when I've been invading people, they think they're smart by hiding in a pawn shop/gun store/bar behind the counter. What they usually forget is there's a back door lol blows my mind how dumb some people can be.

They are always there, not sure why. That was the first time I saw one of those Porche styled cars. Collecting the cars is win. Reminds me of the old GTA3 days.

 

Weird thing is I don't think there is a way to get them off the roof. Must have some reasoning behind it.

There's a garage (or what appears to be one) in view of the image. Might have some form of car elevator in it. From a logical perspective that makes sense to me even if it isn't represented in the game. </speculation>

There are 2 grenade launchers.

 

A silencer sniper would be a bit overpowered in terms of clearing gang hideouts and such, in my opinion. Silenced weapons already make it a lot easier, so a silenced sniper would be the icing on the Easymode sundae.

Indeed. But when I posted that, I didn't know how many there were, only that there was more than one since I just jumped straight to the best one available and never bothered to check for specifics.

I dont see how that would be unfair to those hacking. Yes it might be slightly easier to kill them if they were in a vehicle but it would be their fault for getting spotted in the first place.

Yep. As soon as I got this I never used any explosive ever again.

 

You don't need the grenade launchers once you have that and certainly not an RPG.

 

The thing f*cking owns hard.

 

 

I love that they put a lot of weapons in the game, a lot of choice is a great thing. But it would have been nice to store some weapons. Or drop them.

 

The base two pistols are great and I actually really enjoy using them above much else. But all you really need is the silent 1911, maybe a desert eagle. The 416 until you get the silent goblin, or the upgraded 416, then grab the ultimax lmg when you get a chance. Do the convoy missions for the destroyer. And through the story earlier on you will have the benelli M4 shotgun, which I feel is sometimes better than the AA-12. Or you could use the Saiga.

 

You are pretty much set. I feel like you only really need 25% of the weapons you are given.

 

Kind of lame how some of the others aren't unlocked or dropped by enemies. I wasn't sure to wait to find the MP5, TMP, OTS-33, .50 cal M82, M417, Mateba Revolver, ACR and more.

 

I really loved just collecting all the guns without buying them, it takes me back to the old Hitman days. But some you just don't see on enemies, not even unique bosses, which is a shame.

 

But really you could easily just go with the destroyer, ultimax, silent pistol or rifle and one of the semi auto shotguns and that would be all you need.

 

It kind of annoys me how there are MP7's SIG 553's 92FS' and AKMS' in the gun store but they don't exist ingame.

I use 5 guns: destroyer obviously, spec ops 1911, spec ops goblin, silenced vector, and the LMG, whatever it's called. Ultimax like Daz said? Either way, I don't even use any of the shotguns. The only time I use the grenade launcher is in between races to blast people in the air and hear them yell "Hey! Wait till I get up at least and give me a chance"

Only shotgun I use is the piledriver since it's fun and devastating at close range combat.

I am the same, sometimes one gun sounding better than another is almost all of the feel. Seeing as it is third person and you barely really see the weapon.

 

I did use the shotguns against vehicles when I got the perk that increases the damage, but that was before I got the destroyer. It was pretty fun up close but not entirely needed.

 

The only time I used the grenade launchers (never even fired the pump action one) was on the last weapon crate mission. Big f*ckers suck balls, 2 explosives to kill which is bullsh*t. But since I got the destroyer, 1 shot headshots ftw.

 

Seriously that thing is a MUST have.

Is the Gold Pack worth getting?

 

I just got my PS4 and i have WatchDogs on PS3 but i just bought the regular version but i was looking to buy the digtal copy for my PS4 and i came across the Watch Dog Gold Pack

 

 

Season Pass Includes:

Also how do i transfer my progress from my PS3 to the PS4 version or does it not allow for that?

 

I'm not too far into the game so it wouldn't be much of a loss i just don't wanna do the tut stuff all over again.

i also have WD on ps3 and ps4, you can't transfer your progress i believe and its basically just the season pass, if you like it that much and you have the money then go for it

I recently got the game for free on PC. But I aint even bothered to try it seeing all the performance problems people have.

 

I hope GTA5 will do this better. But after the IV port...
