This Vechile.ide was found inside the Xbox360 version of the RPF (Which my friend can open/mod, we have developed alot more than tools for MP3, such as RDR etc) now this was refrenced by another file which said something about GTAV. Cause like GTAIV they have files which were used inside GTA SA and the same for RDR they have files used inside GTAIV. They leave files inside cause they are lazy and dont expect people to open and mod they're games. And GTA IV is updated from GTA SA, RDR updated from GTAIV. It goes on Max Payne 3 will have reference to GTAV like this is shown, the deprived models (Cars) and not located inside the ISO, they leave every peice of Debug info Xbox version of games.
