I also agree that there should not be bribes spawning at your hideout, the only things that should be there are the weapons, the pills, the armor, and the health. In gta3 the most u ever have to drive to get to one of ur hideouts is a minute, I dont think stretchin that to a minute and a half would be too bad. the idea of buying hidouts does sound extremely cool tho.
