Rhoda
This thread has been done a couple of times before, but with the ever fresh influx of new members coming and going, I thought it'd be interesting to see what we could cook up this time around. MAKE YOUR OWN ALBUM COVER (source) Three simple directions is all it takes: 1. GET A NAME Use the title of a randomly generated Wikipedia page. 2. GET AN ALBUM TITLE Use three to five words from the a quote on this page of random quotations. 3. TART IT UP A BIT Use a picture from this page of random Flickr art as your album cover art. The really fun bit is seeing what works and what doesn't. There's endless possibilities and you'd be amazed at what genres come to mind when you make one. Some really fall into place. Use whatever software you want, you don't have to be a graphics ace to slap a title on a picture. Anyone can do it. Here's one of mine. Go for it. Marlowe.
We're a Doors tribute band composed of college dropouts from Connecticut with slightly above average musical capabilities. The singer plays piano and the lead guitarist is a chick.
GreatGig
Love this idea, man. That description of the band was brilliant I see this band as having some sort of White Lies-esque sound going on.

Robinski
I love these games. You do always end up with something where the hipster dial cranked to 11 though. @mrpain, I'm literally like half an hour's drive from Langley on Tyne, small world. The-King
An oft praised experimental goth ambient act, well known for their extensively long tracks consisting mostly of sounds one would presume, based on popular sci-fi tropes, would be heard in the endless vacuum of space, or a sewer, depending on interpretation. |PropagandaIncorporated:|: Steam:|: DeviantArt:|: Last.FM|
