It was a foggy evening and it was a very quiet day. On the security cams, does the exit of suspect 2 collaborate with the time of the 911 call? Yes it did. 5 minutes after the call to the LAPD. The car was seen speeding over 70mph. So the man left 5 minutes after the call? It was suspect 1 then. Had to be. Ok that's what you think. Case is closing in 10 Minutes. The judge is gonna decide who argument is better and simple. If suspect 2 left the parking lot after the call, he was probably checking out at the supermarket... The judge said you were analyzing the case in a very good style. example you said On the security cams, does the exit of suspect 2 collaborate with the time of the 911 call? The judge liked what you did there and said you gave me a simple and good Points. The judge also said you were thinking outside the box. 2. Mikey0123 The judge said you did very good because you were focusing more on what the witness said and were analyzing what would have happened. The judge said that you did not really understand the case. The judge said next time read through the case slowly and pick out the main fact. 3. Wiemy The judge said you got straight to the point by saying suspect 1 did it and that proved you read through it carefully and came up with a final answer. The judge said next time back up your answer with facts.Main points and Evidence. 4. Lambato The judge said that you read through the case but you did not understand it. The judge said that you should look at past cases in the Traffic department and see what you could come up with the judge also said analyse and back up your answer with facts.Main points and Evidence. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Judge has decided that MIDEVL argument is the best out of the rest because he asked questions, he stated facts and was analyzing and showed evidence. The judge said if weimy did that he would have won the case but MIDEVL case would have proved to be stronger in front of the jury in the state criminal law. Her body was lying dead on the City Park bench. Witness 1; Woman saw a mysterious man hanging around in the park she said he was a tall man with a beard and wore a dark brown suit. Did you know the Victim? No i did not. Did you Ring the police Ma'am? Yes i did. When did you see this Man? I saw him around in the Evening and he was eagerly waiting for somebody. Did you see the murder? No i did not officer Mysterious Man with brown suit. He was very tall and had a beard. Suspect 1; Name of suspect John The CCTV saw a black Chevrolet leave L.A City park at midnight. The suspect inside the black Chevrolet was a man. We traced the number plate and got to his house. Where were you yesterday midnight? I was with my Friends at the pub. If you were at the pub why was your car at L.A City park? Because My friends borrowed the car from me. The area was blockaded after an anonymous tip, and three men were rounded up. All in possession of the murder weapon, a 9mm pistol. Two men are African American, and one man is Hispanic of Mexican origin, very dark colored. The call was made at 6:30; first arrival at 6:37 PM... All we know is that the victim is of Hispanic descent, and was wearing red, possibly associated with Bloods or Northern California Mexican Gangs. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Witnesses: 2 Instead of an formal interrogation, all we have is the first arrival's records on their statements. Still viable in court. Witness A: A Caucasian woman, age 17. A tourist from New Jersey. She was tested with a BAC of .13. She claims that she heard a gunshot, and saw three dark colored men, kind of hefty wearing a blue shirt with bloodstains on it. They didn't speak but all she saw was the blue clothing... She recognized Witness B: A Hispanic man, of Panamanian origin claimed to see two dark men wearing blue sprint from an alley across the avenue from his business, a cigar shop. Nobody else was in the shop at the time. Other witnesses in the area claim to have seen nothing, no men, no shots heard. Possible gang influence in the area. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Suspects: 3 Suspect A: An African American male, 250 pounds and 6 foot 0 inches. Was found in the area, and upon frisk, a Glock 9mm was found on his person... He is a known affiliate of the Los Angeles Crip Gang. His alibi was that he was with one of his friends on the front steps of an apartment complex with one of his affiliates. Some residents there can corroborate the alibi. Detained at 7:30 PM Suspect B: Was caught with Suspect A. Both had Glock 9mm firearms, and both had gunshot residue on their hands. was detained on the steps of the apartment sharing an illegal substance with Suspect A. The arrests were made at 7:30 PM Suspect C: Was arrested next to the bleeding corpse of his associate. He was also in possession of a Glock 9mm and had gunshot residue on his hands... He was detained at 7:18 PM, and his friend was announced DoA at the hospital upon arrival. What is the type of gas covering the weapons? Scan it with a swab from the 3 suspects gas tanks to see if it'll match any kind exactly. Indication is that the suspect probably gets the same type of gas all the time. 3. Can the bartender and other patrons corroborate with 1 and 3's alibi? 4. Did the boss tell anybody? This was gasoline meaning it cannot be traced. The Black Chevrolet take's Diesel in his car. 3. However I believe it was both of them. The husband was married to his wife for a number of years, he wouldn't be able to just kill her after that length of time so he got John and the friend to do it. And they may both be lying, the friend takes the car with John they kill the wife and go back to their homes. After that tensions rise between the two and all a sudden the friend begins to remove himself from the scene he starts straying off the plan and saying he didnt take the car. Now we need to: 1.Bring them both in. 2.Search their homes. 3. Find out what substance was used on the knife. After that we may of proved my idea. That means we can play the simple trick of your mate is saying you did it! Then slowly but surly we will extract enough info to put both of them away. We have no evidence and Paul and John are both very tall people. 4. The car was searched from top to bottom the only thing was find was a plumbing kit. and there was a tie found in his car a brown one. The brown tie was most likely worn with the brown suit that was described by witness number 1. He returned to the the pub 2 hours after he left which would have given him plenty of time to kill the lady , clean the car and himself, and dispose of any evidence. Also his friend said he didn't take the car so that proves John lied about his car being taken. The women that Paul slept with might have been johns wife so for payback John killed Paul's wife. The judge liked what you did and Congratulates you on winning your last case in the Traffic Desk and the other thing the judge said was you didn't come up with a final statement but had very strong answer and if you were permitted to ask the suspect these questions you would have won but the judge wanted a verdict but liked everything about what you did with the case and liked your manipulative questions. 2.Wiemy The judge liked what you did you asked tricky questions and tricky questions will get suspect to not understand. The judge said you analysed the scene brilliantly and says well done. You also stated that John friends is innocent and the judge liked what you did there and he said you read carefully through the case. what the judge did not like is that you rushed a little bit you said John was in a relationship it did not say that anywhere on the case but still did good. 3.Glenn The judge was very impressed with your tricky questions and your analysing was very good and he said you showed evidence stated facts and came up with a very strong verdict and liked the way you kept it simple but tricky. The judge liked what you did at the end of your verdict you said use the old trick in the book. Meaning that you looked at past cases. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The judge Has decided that Glenn argument is the strongest because it stated facts evidence tricky questions simple verdict but tricky and last of all he understood the case. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Court case Glenn produced his verdict and the suspect was getting nervous and said Your honour may i change my plea i am guilty. He then said what really happened Paul was getting nervous that his wife was going to live him was he told his best friend John to kill her when the row had happened and he then followed her with the black Chevrolet and stuck 3 knives into her body. He then burnt his brown suit but forgot the tie in the car. John was having an affair with another woman and his wife find out so he had her killed so she didn't take the kids away from him. John was sentenced to life in prison. Paul was sentenced 25 Years in prison and was charged with attempt of murder and Domestic Violence. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Congratulations Glenn the judge said you did a brilliant job and the judge said to the other lawyers good luck and well done for trying your best remember never give up. You gave a very good verdict wiemy and MIDEVL and did very good but Glenn was simple and tricky. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Last 3 Cases. 1.
