It's a trick question - their both innocent, suspect 2 also has no reason for such an attack. It had to be someone else. The two suspect are pointless, she would not half-ass admitting it. She would either admit or keep her mouth shut, she had no weapon in her house; and I hardly doubt a women can out-strength a man and beat him to death in public, without even making any noises. The fact that she's rich is enough to prove that she wouldn't do anything dirty like that, let alone have the strength for it. It's a trick question, the only reason she hates him is because he crashed into her 75k dollar car, and we both know damn well it would have only costed a few thousand (1-20k) to fix that car. That's nothing to rich people such as herself, so why would she risk losing her fortune for murdering someone who cost her a small amount of money? He was a married man, with children. I think it's pretty safe to say he probably did not want to have sex with her. All he wanted to do was get a drink at the pub and got brutally murdered. What about the witness - she seems to like pointing fingers at other people and saying he went in so and so's house at such time; can we get info on her? Ezio - can you give us more info to work of here? Mr.reapers Point of view I'm not 100% sure how this is meant to work. But, I say Suspect One is the killer, as Suspect Two has no motive for such an attack. She could feel guilt and remorse. I doubt it would be a trick question as then the entire post is pointless. There have been many cases were the killer has given hints towards the police about there involvement.Such as Stacy Castor with the 'anti-free' murders. As for out powering the man there is no need to out power, he was at the pub, he could've been pissed and he could've struck him with the sledge hammer from behind, an instant knock out if not kill. Also nothing said it was a public murder could've brought him home with offers of sex, or lured him to a dark ally. And as for not having the weapon in her home, no sh*t. I wouldn't bring home a blood coated sledge hammer. And as being too rich? Some of the dirtiest murders and by the wealthiness of people, as they feel there are entitled to get away with it. It has nothing to do with money, merely her hate for him. Being rich just lets her feel she can get away with it. As for being married, pussy is pussy. Any man married or not wants pussy but being married you usually find the self control to resist such a temptation, he would've been drunk and lost all self control. Suspect 1 or Suspect 2 The judge has decided that Alazone argument was very clear and has a answer to everything but he made one mistake The judge want's a innocent and a guilty statement. Alazone argument is brilliant he gave reasons and he gave his own opion to the case and he also was analysing the case and was look for the main points. On the other hand The judge also thought Mr.reapers argument was fantastic because he gave points and he also made his opponent alazone agree with him in one point. Mr.reaper used past law cases and used evidence from past cases and that what a good lawyer does. Mr.reaper also was analysing what happened at the pub and was thinking when did the murder happen before or after. The judge went through both arguments and was very impressed with both arguments. The judge has decided that Mr.Reaper's argument was simple and the judge got what he want a innocent and a guilty person. Mr.reaper congratulations on winning the case. The judge said Alazone brilliant argument if you gave me a innocent and guilty statement you would have won the case. Next case Coming 06/10/2012 Suspect 1 has gone to prison for 26 Years. Suspect 2 has been put on house arrest for 10 day's. Because of False allegations towards John. Traffic Desk /Case 1 It was a foggy Evening and there was a hit and run. The car was identified by a witness name julie. She said it was a red ford. The victim of the Hit and run is in the hospital and is geting surgery done that will cost $15.000. Witness Named Julie; What time was the accident? It was around 6 0 clock in the evening. Are you related to the victim? No I am not. Did you see anything? Yes i saw the victims car it was a red ford. Who called the police and the Ambulance? It was me not alot of people were there because it was a quiet day. Do you know if it was a woman or a man? The suspect was a man. Suspect 1; We checked through the CCTV'S and there was a red ford speeding and the driver was a man in his Mid 20s It was a few blocks away from the Hit and run. When we traced the Number plate we went to the address and ask him a few questions. Where were you at the time of the hit and run? He said i was with my wife and kids. We asked his wife was your husband with you at the time of hit and run? She Sarcasticly said yes. Why were you speeding yesterday evening over 70mph on a 30 mph Road? He has no answer. Suspect 2; Suspect 2 was near the hit and run area and came out of a supermarket. He was a owner of a red ford. The suspect told us that he installed a new bumper because of an incident in his garage. We then asked Suspect's 2 Wife she said there was no incident involving installing a new bumper and she did not know he installed a new bumper. We then asked Suspect 2 Questions. Why did you install a new bumper? He said because a had an incident in his garage. When we asked your wife did you know about the incident in the garage she said no? He gave us no answer. You have 24 Hour's to close the case. This case is allowed to be closed by the member of the public. Sorry, probably not my place to barge in but was the victims car a red ford or was the suspects car a red ford? You are allowed to solve this case if you like or you could open up a pass case go to page 5 and there is a case if you think the judge gave the wrong decision then you may reopen the case and show new evidence Or you could show more points.
