Get your guys playing the game (or buy it for them) so they can better embrace the whole theme. Interest in a theme is a huge part of staying interested in a clan. True but I just wanna make enough money to be financially secure. I wouldnt mind working at a place where it wasnt as stressful but the pay isnt as good as I would like.
