As he becaome older, he was an anarchist who than began doing crime and becaome a crime boss. But he was later on caught and sent to Alkatraz as a prisoner. The Capone was never heard of since until later where his decendants adopted the Capone name and his past and began doing it all over. This is when the Capones made a new gang called the Capone Crime Syndicate that brings crime to Liberty City once more. The Capones are back in action.
