funkybub
I was thinking about some recent games that have kinect support (Skyrim and mass effect 3) and thought what GTA V would be like with it. I personally wouldn't like the idea of having to stand up all the time and do all that stuff. So yay or nay?
The_Mario_Man
If GTA supported the Kinect to any capacity, I doubt it would be of the 'stand up and jump around like an idiot' variety. Maybe leaning to turn a motorcycle, or some other simple movements that can be enabled/disabled just like the SIXAXIS support in the PS3 copy of IV. I can't see much else in GTA that would warrant the use of such a control scheme.
20cent
I can see it only being used at the pause menu or maybe a mini games such as bowling or hot wiring a car
iProtest
I don't think motion controls will be used. The only things I could see would be voice commands (enter vehicle, reload guns, etc).
DeafMetal
The Sixaxis support for GTAIV was rather dull and too difficult to play effectively. These gimmicky things are fun for the first few minutes, but get old and stale.
MIKON8ERISBACK
Why can't companies actually invent their own new sh*t like Apple did with the 1984 Macintosh 128K or the iPhone and the iPad? Why do these companies have to exchange usage rights with one another as if they're allies?

tatu2005
nah i don't think we need it.
EDDS
I think it could be ok for some mini games like golf and bowling. I doubt Rockstar will use it though as it will use precious processing power that they will need for other more important things.
S1LV3R_W0LF
I would love to see videos of people playing GTA on Kinect as they expect it to be, I would laugh just for seeing them play. No need for a bar when running, your own endurance would be that limit, and when you had to use a rocket launcher to bow and helicopter you would point to the ceiling and you would miss your TV, and you couldn't shot behind you because you wouldn't see what was going on in game, and each time you hijacked a car when entering the vehicle where would you sit? On the floor? AH AH ... thats actually what people think games will be with Kinect or you can always do like Skyrim with shouts and everytime you wanna shot you say "machine gun bang bang bang bang bang, reload". . DarrinPA
I wouldn't use it, but I wouldn't want to say "no" and ruin somebody else's fun. Could you imagine if the Kinect was around for GTA San Andreas......
scotland4life
Imagine the uproar, imagine Fox News! "YOUR CHILDREN CAN BECOME A MURDERER BY FLAPPING THEIR ARMS TO KILL SOMEONE IN GRAND THEFT AUTO V!"
Miss Darko
I can see it only being used at the pause menu or maybe a mini games such as bowling or hot wiring a car Actually, the minigames thing is kind of a good idea. I mean, those kinds of things are basically all the kinect is really good for. Imagine having all of those cheap-ass sports-related kinect games in one open world game where you can also f*ck hookers and kill them to get your money back. The minigames could basically be those types of group games, so you only have to buy one good game and you've got everything you need for a party. Isuck100%
I quite enjoyed using Kinect voice commands in Mass Effect 3. They really enhanced the experience so I didn't have to constantly pause the action to slog through the clunky interface and radial dials. But I can't really see how it could be used effectively in GTA V and not just feel tacked-on. Though I could have imagined voice commands in L.A. Noire for use during interviews and interrogations.
