Magical Movies from your Childhood

Guys, when we were like 4 or 5 in school, they used to show us a film on projector at Christmas time. It was like a Disney one. It was about a young tugboat that used to get kinda bullied by the big other ships. I just remember him stuggling in stormy weather. Anyone recall something like this? Been trying to figure out for years although I never really searched online.

And Yes to The Sandlot. I could still watch that with just as much enthusiasm and awe as I did in the 3rd grade.
