Can anyone make some logo?

i need a few.

 

Logo that says.

 

Las Venturas Police Department, with a badge

Las Venturas Sun (some kind of newspaper logo)

Based on San Andreas Police badge. I´ll see later if come up with any ideas of newspaper logo.
