MrcTOtheJ
Companies have to have the development kits before the consoles are announced or else there can't be launch titles. There is no reason for GTA V to not be a launch title on the Wii U (not Wii-U). Wouldn't it violate the NDA of an unannounced console's dev kit to release a trailer? Good question, I'm no expert in this area, but I wouldn't think so because for one, they didn't say what the available platforms where, or what platform the trailer was made from. Could be wrong though.

Possibly, but that footage was clearly PS3 or 360, so it wouldn't matter. (Don't have the energy to try and count the pixels to confirm which one it is.) MiamiVice1984
I believe R* never confirms platforms in the first trailer. They never have i think. But looking at the graphics id say its a given it will be on PS3 and 360.
Sneakerhead.
Every time your mom announces its time for dinner, does she every time say you are going to be eating off plates? are you referring to me? if yes, nobody except my GF does announce the dinner...f*ckhead Hands can talk now? I am just joking! I think that R* want to get everything just right on each system, so that R* would not have to delay the game. (Or release the game on PC/PS3/XBOX360 but have GTA V not work right on one of the systems) P.S: By not working right, I mean kind of like if R* released a bad port on PC, which in turn would end up having many bugs and glitches. (I heard that this happened with IV, but was quickly fixed via patches/updates. No I am not a fanboy, I just wanted to point out what could happen. Even though the chances of that happening are very slim. and I will be getting V for PC, 360 and PS3.
LotusRIP
Maybe just to generate the hysteria they knew it would no doubt cause, so they don't have to look after the marketing for GTAV, it will look after itself.
TinTinn
I'm 100% sure it's going to be on PS3, 360 and PC.
jnzooger
I'm 100% sure it's going to be on PS3, 360 and PC. I'm 100% on PS3 and 360 at launch. I'm 100% on PC sometime. I'm about 40% on PC at launch. I'm about 80% on Wii U sometime. I'm about 50-70% on Wii U at launch (depending on launch date for both console and game). I'm 0% on PSVita at launch. I'm only about 30% on PSVita getting the same V as PS3/360 sometime. I'm 100% on 3DS getting a portable set in the same story/timeframe eventually. dirtycopVCPD
This console war horses**t should be bannable. As long as you're getting a game on your system of choice why should it matter how other people play it?
