It could be a near realistic world (endless sea AND endless desert/forest and in map borders... mayby even endless sky?) mayby they fixed the wasted/busted system in a new way? (Imo I think its kinda broken, when a reload is the best way to fix things, who wants to play further when you lose all weapons and much money when busted, right?) Don't forget Twitter....though I suspect the real police would (here at least) take a dim view of anyone posting crimes on Twitter.
