Little Jacob. Aside from Roman he really felt like the only true friend Niko had. He was so loyal and laid back.

 

Next favourite would be Dwayne.

Packie was cool and the funniest character that Niko hanged out with. Dwayne was somehow also a memorable character despite the fact that he usually was kind of sad.

Packie. I f*cking like that guy. He's very funny and a close mission accompanier of Niko. Also his sense of humour's the same as mine that I find him funny.

i agree with the results of the poll. i'd put Packie first, then Tony then Lil Jacob. I think I'd put Roman dead last though even though armando and Enrique are annoying as f*ck. Overall the characters of the IV games don't even come close to the III-era: Donald Love, Woozie, The Truth, Salvatore Leone, O.G. Loc, Officer Tennpenny, Catalina, Colonel Juan Cortez, 8-ball, etc.

I personally liked Jim. Him and Johnny seemed very loyal to each over. It was a shame when he got killed by Niko.

I like Roman, but I think Packie is Niko's best fit when it comes to friendship. Both have had such hard lives, and Packie somewhat looks up to Niko. Patrick's father molested him and Gerry as children, and he opened that up to Niko. Roman's Niko's brother though, they're that close. They both survived wars, they both where best friends, what a 'thicker then blood' relationship Niko and Roman have.
