GTA IV:- Cars keep falling over

I got a bunch of BMW's and Mercedes' modded into the game.

 

As soon as I press A or D to turn - the car flips and lands on the roof. Even when going at 2 mph only.

 

Any way to make it stop doing this? Yes, I did to that handling.dat thing
