LotusRIP Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 Hi guys, I saw Rockstar post this new screenshot of Max Payne 3 just now on Facebook: It got me thinking about it... do you think this could mean there will be police in the helicopters again in GTAV, similar to how they were in Vice City (and San Andreas I think?). I always thought it was really cool how they come down on the ropes, and it was always fun shooting them down in mid-air, but in GTAIV if you found yourself 'wanted' on the rooftop of a building, they just hover around aimlessly shooting. In IV when you shoot someone firing from one side of the helicopter,the helicopter would rotate so that the other person on the other side is basically facing you. That was pretty smart, I thought. The Swat should only repel from Helicopters when you reach about a 5 star wanted level? And lets say around 3-4 star wanted level is just people shooting from the helicopter. When the next GTAV trailer comes out, Rockstar will reveal a surprise new city (São Paulo) and they will reveal the protagonist (hooray!) with 90 seconds of our GTAV protag flying through the air dual-wielding a variety of weapons. If you want to miss out on probably the game of the year, go for it. I'm going to enjoy disturbingly shooting people in the face as a painkiller-addicted antihero. It's going to keep me busy for a while until GTA V news comes out. As for helicopters, or helichopters, it seems likely. Though that's a cosmetic observation. However, I was pointing out how R*'s entire site is pretty much a Max Payne fan page filled with MP3 dick riders who suck R*'s cock over every MP3-related post they make as if it's not the same sh*t EVERYDAY while the real breadwinner....is taking a back seat (understandable for marketing reasons). It kinda rubs in the info drought IMO. Ironically the GTA III era helicopters that had the rappelling SWAT team had no visible gunners or pilot (except in Vice City Stories).
