I don't have any computers with Windows XP on it. Download regsvr32.dll and drag it with dx8vb.dll into C: Windows\System or system 32. Click start and type cmd and run as admin. Then type in cmd Regsvr32 dx8vb.dll and press enter. then a message would have to appear and there'd be dx8vb.dll succesfully installed.
