Police Badge

If someone could take this badge:

And replace the officers dragging the suspect and put them in attention. And if you can switch the words on the top to "Liberty City" and below on the left "First" and on the right "Responder" so it should come out as "Liberty City First Responders" And please make the sizes 80X60

 

Afterwards if someone could put "Rookie" just down below the words Liberty City with everything the same just as I explained up above!! Thank you so much!!

 

EDIT: Please don't use the riot shield police and use professional looking officers. Thanks!

Thank you very much for the effort LeRay0409. But I am looking for something more "Professional" and I only need two officers near the star standing at attention. And I would like the font the same as the original badge. Thanks agian! But not really my style And I need separate badges for a a normal badge and a rookie
