mrblueman33
i love my PlayStation Vita i just wish a new gta game would come out and i think gta v could run on the vita. mabye with a few modification it could run it. but i really don't see that happening because there really is no good reason for rockstar to do that. or is there a good reason to. but then aging it just a what if. LuKeltic
I don't think so. However, I never imagined that in a few years time I'd be able to play GTA III on my mobile phone either, so never say never.

It could probably run it if they toned the graphics down. And if they did that then they could probably make a mobile version.
Slamman
Not Gonna Da....as the old SNL joke goes It's a full console game, not watered down, you will see something geared toward the portable engine and feature set for Vita

Colonel Dre
Considering the Vita is almost as good as the PS3, I say yeah, GTA V could run on it.

But then again mobile phones are currently way more advanced than the technology that was around when GTA III launched, so basically don't look for GTA V on the vita, but hope for it on the next mobile console. Hazelnot
No, it couldn't. GTA V will stress out the current consoles to the maximum. I doubt some little piece of plastic will be able to run it.
blafernable-5
i don't think the vita could run max payne 3 so it probably can't run gta v
Gtaghost22
yes if they turned the graphics down a bit, PS Vita is a very powerful device. believe me
cherrycola
No, it couldn't. GTA V will stress out the current consoles to the maximum. I doubt some little piece of plastic will be able to run it. Just like there'll be different versions with varying graphics to make it work on PC, X360 and PS3 respectively, they could also make a low graphics version that works on the Vita. I doubt that they will though.
DlZZEE
Only if it had a different physics engine, even lowering graphics couldn't help Vita to run Euphoria properly.
ll rdny ll
I've read that the Vita is slightly less powerful than the 360. (which is impressive for a handheld) but my guess is that if it's pushing the 360 to its limits, a simple port won't work. They'd have to completely redevelop the game for Vita. Yeah, while impressive compaired to any other handheld out there, Rockstar would have to redevlop V for the Vita to run properly especially if V is going to be stressing the PS3 and 360 to it's max. I don't think there'd be enough profit to make a whole new version of the same game for a portable system, but if there ends up to be a big enough demand for it, why not. Though it's more likely to end up like Slamman said, with a seprate unique GTA title coming out for the Vita, like LCS and VCS on the PSP, something like that. Hopefully like those it would get a consol port, because I don't plan on buying a Vita untill the price goes down. Topsu
It could easily run somehting like GTA V, but not the same game.
dirtycopVCPD
I'm not sure. I'd rather the vita get its own GTA game like LCS and VCS than just do a port though.
