He is supposed to entertain people, something that he does better than anyone else. His videos are amazing, and there is nothing wrong with that. The flashing icon is entirely linked to hacking and really can't be explained any other way (the 'rain glitch' is entirely fabricated and false). Even if he does it to make more entertaining videos (which I will also still watch) it still ruins the experience of the people he plays with. The only reason I subscribed to Frankie in the first place is because (seemingly) hes a damn good player at whatever he picks up and these accusations really put most of his skill and legitimacy in question. These are in no particular order: -A reddit thread is created highlighting a viewers skepticism about Frankie killing a squad solo, he points out that the debug monitor Frankie is using is NOT available in Taviana without injection of a script. He further explains that the only way to get this debug is to modify a file, one which would raise alarms to BattleEye and kick the user - unless the user was using a bypass method to inject the script. -The second point the original poster made was that god mode hacks are easy to spot due to the altering colour it makes on the temperature gauge. In the video it is obvious Frankie's is glitching. -The third point is that the user really likes Frankie and is disappointed to know that he is hacking but will hold his conclusions until Frankie responds or someone proves him wrong. -Frankie replies to the original poster stating that the glitchy temperature gauge is made through rain and colour correction in post production. -Frankie states that you still bleed with hacks if you get shot. -Frankie states that the players all missed. -Frankie states that the debug monitor glitched when he updated to the latest DayZ file and rolled the file back after updating to play on Taviana. -Frankie states he was never banned from the Taviana server. -Frankie says he will block and delete any trolling or hackusations which are posted on his channel. After several deleted comments the comment section goes to user approval only. A few hours later it is back to normal with no censorship. -Frankie deletes the statement he made on reddit, deleted some of the pictures from his imgur which was included in the statement and deletes some of his recent comments on his feed on another video which was a trailer for a dayz machinima movie. -The colour correction statement which Frankie gave was laughed at by many many editors. Only in the rarest occasions would a certain blob of pixels become corrupt and it would only last a few frames. Colour correction alters the whole frame not a particular area. -Youtube videos of ***s highlighted that there were hacks which allowed players to be shot at without blood spatters appearing on the users screen. -Players in server scream about a hacker with an m14. "gg". -A player Frankie killed in the server was running a live stream at the time of his death. Frankies debug monitor was different to the live streamers. -The live stream also highlighted the fact that Frankie dubs a lot of his game play - for entertainment but also to show him as "the good guy". -The Taviana files do not run on the vanilla Dayz files, hence different debug monitors and hence why that debug had to be injected. -There is evidence that Frankie removes certain frames from fire fights. -In an older episode of Frankie's Dayz series a coyote backpack spawns at his feet. During this episode he also runs around with a broken leg. -In an episode where a satchel charge goes off in a church Frankie is unscathed. -Frankie has been hit many times by zombies receiving no damage during the temperature gauge glitch. -Frankie has had multiple instances of health regen when he didn't have the resources to accomplish this. Same goes for hunger and thirst. -A random FN FAL mag appeared in his bag. -Frankie admitted in chatlogs to knowing how to script and has done it for a while using battle editor. -Frankie files copyright against a video explaining some of these facts within hours of uploading. People on the sideline speculate "damage control". -Frankie has remained silent, what is more likely if you were innocent, you would continue making the series and address the issue to the viewers before the episode starts or remain silent and sh*t bricks because your main source of income is in jeopardy. -Machinima partners as far as I know have signed an agreement saying they aren't allowed to talk sh*t about each other, hence why a lot of channels aren't highlighting this issue and why it hasn't gotten a lot of traction apart from on forums. What he needs to do is either ditch the series or Make his series a bit more movie like and that way he can hack as much as he want and wont have ot explain himself. What's the point in watching someone pretend they're in immediate danger when they come across a bandit, when they actually have god mode switched on? I think the idea is that by watching his videos you're essentially supporting someone who hacks the game, which ruins it for everyone else. Hence why he is being shady about it. Thinking back there is 2 episodeds that stick out in my mind. The shear amount of items him and friends had when they setup shop in the church before it exploded. And another one where he came across a prestine hilux after allready having a jeep of some kind then headed to town and got a motorbike aswell. Remix Posted December 4, 2012 Share Posted December 4, 2012 The standalone couldn't come any sooner. Seriously, this is the only game I'm really excited about. I loved the mod for these reasons: Loot was actually meaningful in the sense that is was needed in order to survive. Zombies, whilst worth avoiding, weren't the real danger - bandits were. The atmosphere could change from being peaceful to extremely tense within seconds. Night time was an absolute blast. Flares and chemlights were a sign of other players, but were needed to light up surrounding areas.
