Gonna head to a supermarket and try my luck there (not in Cherno though!) Edit: Argh. Pushed enter to open a gate and somehow it changed my weapon so I get stuck in animation while four zombies cluster around me. Of course, I start bleeding out, my leg breaks and I pass out. The death that lurks adds a whole lot of fun to the gameplay...suspense, gives the items a real feel of value (I managed to get a hold of a Ghille Suit and a Einfield...and while I'm aware there are plenty better weapons than that I felt unstoppable) and I can't wait to get some mates together and get on for some serious teamplay Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I found this really remote place, with two barns and some unenterable houses. There is a car here, but it needs like, everything. A new tire, engine parts, fuel etc. Maybe if it doesn't despawn we can fix it up over time. aaaand I died, lmao. Spawned inside the car, but standing up... Then splat. I'll try to have a look at the hospital again and see if it has morphine. Yesterday it didn't work, probably will have to check the roof too. I met oyster in Elektro and he was almost dying, went into a hospital and found blood packs and morphine, then after looting the city found a bicycle. Matches are so hard to come by unfortunately. Oyster, you should put a line of writing in whenever someone joins the server; "if you are not a registered member of GTAF all progress made on this server will not be saved." Triple i cant password the server as it will get blacklisted, I would love to do so but until the DayZ dev team relax the rules going to have to carry on with randomers in there. Inside a building it'll look very bright outside. I found 2 enfield rifles in 2 different lives, it's not an uncommon weapon. Try to find a scoped one. I also found a crossbow, but man, they're not good. And the only such graphics option you can change in DayZ is gamma/brightness, there's no other ways for ArmA 2 MP apparently. And for some reason I can't join the server, it says This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application or something, tried joining 2 times, all with restarting the game, still the same thing.
