I was jut mistaken because the Sanchez that spawns as the 'Air, sea and land ace' was white. I drove it to the Pay'n'spray like 6 times and it was still white. I tried doing this with another Snchez now and it colored him white 7 times in a row but in the eight turn it colored it red.
