GTA_stu Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 Ok so it's my mates 21st birthday party coming up in 2 weeks, and we're trying to come up with some fun things to do. He's having a house party, and so far we've got some pretty crappy ideas including: -Bouncy castle -Giant twister -Beer bong Aaaand that's about it. Any ideas for what activities to do or things to get? We're not looking for any outrageous project X type things, but all whacky and crazy suggestions will be taken into consideration. Obviously there's gonna be the general drinking games and whatnot, and we've got that base pretty much covered, but again all suggestions are welcome. How about: - Fancy dress of some sort, maybe a certain theme. - Karaoke machine for the drunks. - Pinata. - Specialized birthday cake. -EDIT- Depending on who is coming to this party, how about a scare for the birthday lad? My housemate and I will be throwing a house party in June and we're going with a Caribbean theme and, once we decided on that, everything else just fell into place. All of the costumes for people, the music, the cocktails, the food, etc. It made things a lot easier. And, please, for the love of God, get strippers! They need love, too. I had birthday parties like that in high school. here's how you do 21: - rent a party bus - rent some kegs - schedule the kegs and the party bus to show up at your house around 6PM - everyone shows up at your house for a huge BBQ cookout and Beer Pong tournament - when the first keg begins to run dry and everyone is full of BBQ, you load everyone and the remaining keg(s) onto the party bus - the party bus acts as everyone's designed driver - the party bus is then directed to take everyone downtown so you can spend the rest of the night at clubs, casinos, and titty bars - if anyone wants to leave early they have to arrange transport or take a cab because the bus doesn't go home until the Birthday Boy (or Girl) says so you're welcome. Cook them beforehand and then let them cool. When it's time to partay, get them out of the fridge and break out the bbq sauce. Just a little snack idea. We're looking strictly for stuff to do in the house and garden. This is England, so obviously there's no pool and even if there were everyone would just die of hypothermia, and that would kinda be a bit of a buzz kill. Strippers is a no go because there's gonna be girls there who are smokin' hot and wearing skimpy clothes anyways, so we don't wanna waste our money. Some kind of theme/fancy dress does sound like a good idea. Edit: Also, NO DRUGS! And that strobe room sounds pretty good trip.
