It all started with a concept of us trying to escape the clutches of other gangs, families, MC's, and The Blue's (Police, FBI.) Since 1980 we been underground trying to make a living. It was just us. Regular people. People who have been living in fear, poverty, oppessed life styles. But with our music and hopes of finally being able to protect our own, we will finally be able to show that the Boyz from the Hood are always hard. Sure we do bad things, but in this city, this game, it is very nessecary to see your enemies dead on a street in a pool of red. Our Mission We hope to provide a good experience for any member to join TNR, we also stride to try and be unique. also to provide a good time for respectful and deserving players of xbox live. And to also set an example for gangs and future gangs. To protect our own.....and to listen to good Hip Hop. Rules Respect me and I respect you. Keep jokes on a repected level. Everyone is equal. I'm the leader but will be a fair one. Be mature. Use trash talking responsibility. Age minamal is 13. Don't talk smack about Eazy-E! Social Organization Ranks will be determined on your progress as a overall member by me orone of your superiors. Jobs or specializations can be held by someone who is not a pug (recruit lon probation). We will also be divided into groups if need be for growth. Being divided while united provides chances to divide and conquer. This concept is very similiar to chapters in MC's. For instance, The Hell Angels have chapters all over the U.S, so we will have chapters all over Liberty City is we reach that point. We group will be responsible for one area and will have a name but again. Each group is under The Northside Renegades. Big Dogs can only be elected. Big Dogs can only be Positions Fat-Cat (President)-Head of everything. (I hold this position.) Regional Officer(Vice-President)-Head of a district. One for every district. ( Cool-Cat(Tresurer)-Keeps tabs on gang members and incoming members. (Duke or higher) Hood-Rat(Secratary)-Other Gangs message this guy on official business and he inturn talks to the people upstrairs. (Mutt-Dog or higher) Crazy-Dog(Tough Guys)-Keeps the members in line, plans training sessions and is preferably a good player (Only Duke(Sgt) or higher) Pack-Rat(Ambassador)-Helps maintain our relationships with other gangs. (Only B-Boy(SSgt) or higher.) Blood-Hound(The Law)-A peace keeper within the gang. (Renegade or higher) Blue-Cat(Organizer)-Helps organize events i.e roleplay or free mode session. (Renegade or higher.) Also add some more stuff like story,turf,etc. Graphics are not an obligation,you may add them later. Also check out other gang's threads for an example of how things work here.
