Just a little topic here, who thought that LC had few things missing from real NY like downtown Broker wasn't big enough or the Rockaway's where missing etc.

If you're going to be that specific, LC missed almost everything from NYC because LC isn't NYC. It's meant to have the feeling, not a simulation, of the city.

yeah but if you want the feeling of something you base that thing on it, for example GTA V will have that feeling of California and LA so they not gonna build the city that looks like Boston or Miami right, it's gonna look more like LA.

So LC was based on NY and downtown Brooklyn is a major part of NY not some hood in Bushwick, I know the game is released and we can't do anything about it (well mod if ur on PC).

It's not necessary to simulate everything to the point that it looks like an exact replica of New York.

I grew up in NYC and there were a few things I wish they would have included such as more of Bohan and the Lower East Side but if they put everything they would have run out of disk space. All in all it was a very good recreation.

Even though I think Rockstar did a great job at imitating modern day New York, I always felt they left out a few neighborhoods that really represent New York. One big missing neighborhood that I was surprised Rockstar left out was the Bensonhurst/Dyker Heights n-hoods. It seems as if Rockstar completely ignored the Italian-American neighborhoods in South Brooklyn (Broker) and replaced them with one large Russian neighborhood which is Hove Beach. The only Italian neighborhood in Liberty City is Little Italy which is really only a tourist area in real life. Although you can find Italians walking around Alderney, the Italian neighborhoods in Liberty City(NYC) were ignored big time. The Bed-Stuy neighborhood was also kind of left out in Broker. Moving on to Bohan, I think it should of been larger. Getting that out the way, LC is still a decent representation of NYC.
