Durden Posted March 12, 2012 Share Posted March 12, 2012 (edited) I've always loved how the dropped weapons and money look in the III era games. It was so vibrant and appealing! Then IV came along and made it hard to tell which weapons are which, because they are all the same color (red). The money was definately an improvement, though. I would like the same style money from IV, but brighter so we can see it better. I would like the weapons to be pretty much the same, only instead of only a red glow it would be color-coated so we can easily distinguish which weapon is which from a far distance, and at nighttime. sonnyBlack Posted March 12, 2012 Share Posted March 12, 2012 I wouldn't have a problem with GTA IV's glow returning, but I really don't need my weapons to glow in order to see them. Even if it's in a dark area I usually have the brightness up high enough to where I can make out objects on the ground, so it wouldn't be an issue for me. If there's ever a mission where we have to shoot enemies in the dark I would also like them to glow. Maybe also add a feature where our crosshairs immediately aim at their heads. I think its about time GTA abandoned the glowing money drop system. much prefered RDR's. The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. Knife Posted March 12, 2012 Share Posted March 12, 2012 I remember in a preview before the game came out that Rockstar didn't actually want to add the glow, but found players just couldn't see the weapons otherwise.
