V 9 L U K 3 4 V Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 My questions is when the game starts at what point do you think it will begin for example on GTA 4 it started just as niko arrived on the boat and roman picked him up . question what happens in the intro and where do you as the player start the game so really its how you would like it to begin. V 9 L U K 3 4 V Posted March 11, 2012 Author Share Posted March 11, 2012 Similiar to TBOGT, but concentrating more on the city yeah i think it should be more in depth ya know maybe it starts 6 months prior and shows you what he was up to in that line of work and maybe he could be commentating whilst he tells you the story of what happened n then BAM he is arriving in Los Santos driving to his new house and when he arrives he gets a phone call someone telling him to meet him somewhere he then leaves the house n your now in control you get into the car he arrived in and drive off to the meeting. Saint's Row: 4's alpha script? I think the opening scene is actually that truck driving from the desert, or something like that. Gtaghost22 Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 The intro starts with the Hispanic guy driving from "somewhere" and arriving at Los Santos.. the second he arrived the police starts to chase him (unknown reason until you progres in the story) he trys to escape them but he hits a big truck and the car crashes and he loses his memory (you will get it back farther in the story). Now the game starts.. You get a phone call from your "future" boss (balcony guy) he tells you to go meet him at *some place*, you hang up the phone surprised who is was talking to you.. Then enters a taxi to meet an old friend after 12 years being away from LS. When they do they kidnap one of his kids and hold him/her for ransom. During this opening sequence, he could be talking to his kids getting a feel on the relationship before the kidnapping. Also during the drive, you can get a feel of the city as he drives around. Muggings, foreclosures, car jackings, the glitz and glam of Vinewood etc. The overall feel of what Los Santos has to offer. The protagonist is at home with his wife and children and he enjoys his new life after leaving behind his criminal past. But the life he had a few years ago as a criminal of some sort has not given him peace and security yet. You cannot make it to the top without making a few enemies. So he's relaxing at home with his family and all of sudden machine guns are firing at his house from all sides. Apparently some punks are trying to make themselves a name by trying to wipe out the protagonist and his family. These young punks went out of business after the protagonist had monopoly on methampfetamine. The protagonist's product was so good and so cheap that he ran out everybody else out of business. These young punks were a few of them who couldn't earn money because of the protagonist. And they couldn't get to him because he was so powerful and the body guards were many. They couldn't get to him until now, after the protagonist retired. The assassination attempt went wrong, the only one who got hurt was the son of the protagonist, a 5 year old kid. He got hit but survives. Now the protagonist sets out on a journey to find these people who tried to kill him and his family. The closer he gets, the bigger the mystery. All sorts of questions are being asked. Did someone send these young punks to kill the protagonist? Why are the protagonist getting problems with the DEA, FBI etc etc suddenly when he managed to aboid them for 15 years without even bribing them. Who are killing the protagonists' friends whom he did business with for 15 years? The machine gun assassination is what started everything but as the story develops more and more questions are being asked than answered.
