ThePlague1988
Here are some pieces of code you can use to mess around with they're pretty fun. It's almost like being god in GTA VC. The code below Makes You invulnerable, and when you complete the last mission and get 200 health it will stay at 200 health. :INFHLTHthread 'INFHLTH' :INFHLTH_10wait 0 if Player.Defined($PLAYER_CHAR) jf @INFHLTH_10 if 04AD: actor $PLAYER_ACTOR in_water jf @INFHLTH_77 if and04AD: actor $PLAYER_ACTOR in_water 0449: actor $PLAYER_ACTOR in_a_car jf @INFHLTH_77 0322: kill_player $PLAYER_CHARjump @INFHLTH_10 :INFHLTH_77wait 0 if Player.Defined($PLAYER_CHAR) jf @INFHLTH_10 if 84AD: not actor $PLAYER_ACTOR in_water jf @INFHLTH_77 if and84AD: not actor $PLAYER_ACTOR in_water 8449: not actor $PLAYER_ACTOR in_a_car jf @INFHLTH_77 0222: set_player $PLAYER_CHAR health_to 200 0001: wait 0 ms 0002: jump @INFHLTH_10 The code below Makes your car completely invulnerable and very heavy (so you can't get hurt by anything in a vehicle minus bikes) :MYINFCHthread 'MYINFCH' :MYINFCH_10wait 0 if Player.Defined($PLAYER_CHAR) jf @MYINFCH_10 if 00DF: actor $PLAYER_ACTOR driving jf @MYINFCH_10 03C0: [email protected] = actor $PLAYER_ACTOR car 02AC: set_car [email protected] immunities 1 1 1 1 1 053F: set_car [email protected] tires_vulnerable 0 01EC: make_car [email protected] very_heavy 1 :MYINFCH_83wait 0 if Player.Defined($PLAYER_CHAR) jf @MYINFCH_10 if 80DF: not actor $PLAYER_ACTOR driving jf @MYINFCH_83 02AC: set_car [email protected] immunities 0 0 0 0 0 053F: set_car [email protected] tires_vulnerable 1 01EC: make_car [email protected] very_heavy 0 wait 1000 jump @MYINFCH_10 The code below Flips over your car when you Flip the car. :NIGZFLPthread 'NIGZFLP' :NIGZFLP_10wait 0 if Player.Defined($PLAYER_CHAR) jf @NIGZFLP_10 if 00DF: actor $PLAYER_ACTOR driving jf @NIGZFLP_10 03C0: [email protected] = actor $PLAYER_ACTOR car if 01F4: car [email protected] flipped jf @NIGZFLP_10 00AA: store_car [email protected] position_to [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]: [email protected] = car [email protected] z_angle 000A: [email protected] += 2 // integer values 00AB: put_car [email protected] at [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]: set_car [email protected] z_angle_to [email protected] wait 250 jump @NIGZFLP_10 By the way: Thanks to all of the Mission Scripters (GTA Modders) that have helped me out and are currently helping me. I love you guys. Don't forget to put these lines in your 'MAIN' thread where all the other create_threads are... create_thread @INFHLTH create_thread @MYINFCH create_thread @NIGZFLP Edited March 10, 2012 by ThePlague1988

ThePlague1988
Hey I've wrote way better scripts then that... when I was good like 3 and a half years ago.. but thanks man. EDIT: I tried to make them really easy to understand for people that are just starting out. Not guys like you and spaceeinstein, etc. "Guys and Gals that dream code in their minds while they sleep". You're awesome man.. very funny too. EDIT: BTW: I do dream up code in my head when I sleep except for it's C++/C#/VB.NET/Java code... lol! Deji
:MYINFCH_83wait 0 if Player.Defined($PLAYER_CHAR) jf @MYINFCH_10 if 80DF: not actor $PLAYER_ACTOR driving jf @MYINFCH_83 02AC: set_car [email protected] immunities 0 0 0 0 0 You should check the car still exists before attempting to use it again. The code below Flips over your car when you Flip the car. 00AA: store_car [email protected] position_to [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]: [email protected] = car [email protected] z_angle 000A: [email protected] += 2 // integer values 00AB: put_car [email protected] at [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] 000A is for integers. [email protected] is a float. Use this: [email protected] += 2.0 And yeah, I dream in C++ usually. Or JavaScript when I'm having a nightmare... ThePlague1988
Well that's why I posted these snippets for mission scripting experts like you (Deji), ZAZ, spaceeinstein, Ashwin the new boy, The_Sorrow, etc. To look at and make them better and check for almost everything you can... Thanks for the update. I'm starting to re-learn a lot of the stuff I forgot. Thanks again for the input.
Ashwin.Star
@plague i have made many Mods in my dreams, like PCS, Rhino 10 wheels, Transformer, superman, etc you should learn the use of and, or these are used when you want to check for many condition & jumping t same lable when false, OR use if or when you want to proceed only when any of the given condition is true AND use if and when you what to proceed when all given condition are true, these will help you in decreasing the size of your script, Edited March 11, 2012 by Ashwin the new boy
Node
Nice snippets Plague, I've never actually thought of writing code to flip your car back over, Very creative
Deji
None of his remaining ungrouped conditions need to be grouped. It's good practise to check the player is playing (0256) in a separate condition before checking if the player is driving a vehicle, etc.
