A lot of important parts of Southern California (San Fernando Valley, Orange County, San Diego) 2. There aren't a lot of highways 3. There are more sex jokes 4. Stupid online modes 4. Invisible Walls. (like in SR or Driver, you cant leave the main city area) 5. It uses the same physics as gta IV. I hated those rubber like physics. 6. If its a new era. R* neglects to add areas that are iconic to Southern California such as the Orange County, San Diego, etc. 3. There is no decent indie/alternative radio station. 4. MS13 and other Latin gangs don't carry enough influence within the game. 5. There is a lack of cheat codes. EDIT: To echo other people in the thread... 6. RipGore Posted March 10, 2012 Share Posted March 10, 2012 Freeway traffic has to be high speed. This is LA. LS. In GTA 4, the main highway traffic was pretty slow. I assume the highways in GTA 4 were based on the insterstate system of New York, whereas traffic is high speed. In San Andreas, traffic was fast, but it just looked cartoonish and glitchy (idk how else to explain it). All I got to say is that it has to be realistic. All I got to say is that it has to be realistic. I think the words you are looking for is "on rails". At least 2 hip hop stations on the radio. 4. Dedicated servers for online play. 5. At least as much character customization as San Andreas. "A bold new direction in open-world freedom, storytelling, mission-based gameplay and online multiplayer,". Then again things can change and features will be cut, that's a given. I want a protagonist that you can look up to. Someone athletic, young, makes good decisions, and does crime because he has no other options. If you're older than 29 years old, you're constantly in danger of being laid-off and replaced with some young shmuck who think's he's tough-as-nails. Older people are more likely to turn to a life of crime to make due [see BreakingBad, yeah it's not real, but the idea behind it is] Younger people have such a better chance of being successful in anything. Because the way you, Hydra, and others think, is the way the rest of society thinks. [older = not worth a damn] I pity your generation. OT: 1.) Parachutes. (I was surprised they weren't in IV, because they had Helicopters.) 2.) The map as a HUB in Free Roam(online) 3.) Friends/Relationships (yeah, I said it) 4.) A radio station dedicated to Rock/PopRock/Indie music 5.) There aren't any animals. 6.) Animals are in, but not killable. 7.) The douche in the red convertable is the Protag. Saw this on the Newswire comments, and you have outlined what I would be disappointed with too. I just hope they don't take the feel of San Andreas out of it, there was always an atmosphere if you ask me, and thats what made me love the game even more.
