Jace26 Posted March 10, 2012 Share Posted March 10, 2012 Hey guys, I don't know about you but it's been over 5 years since GTA 4 and the only thing they have given us is a new trailer for GTA 5. Most people are too easily impressed by the graphics and so on. But I can tell you right now I am not. The game looks terrible from graphics to using an area we've already explored before. They have spent over 5 years and expect the GTA community to buy this?!? I honestly don't understand how people can like the content they have put out, its just GTA 4 with a 5 painted over it. I hope to god that first trailer is just an early design, otherwise this long awaited game is going to be a MASSIVE waste of time. Who else agrees with me? After all this waiting I'm not contempt with what they've released so far. I have no problem with patience but I do if the quality doesn't match the time spent on it. They should focus their efforts where it matters, namely on making on making the games fun again. Not that I'd expect an obvious graphics whore to understand that. What they have basically done is put GTA 4 graphics and San Andreas and mashed them together. Not original and doesn't take 5 years. So GTA V's graphics not being much better than GTA IV's isn't really a shocker, nor should it be expected for there to be a huge difference anyway. Nice job completely misunderstanding my post. I meant don't be so quick to judge the graphics, when the trailer was launched they might not be that far into development. But that doesn't matter anyways, because if you went ahead and read that topic I linked you would see there are major differences between GTA IV and V. There is five years difference between GTA 4 and 5 (probably even longer maybe 6-7 years) While GTA 3 and Vice city, etc only had 1-2 years difference. You figure.
